New Zealand orders are sent via New Zealand Post.

Our delivery timeframe of 3 -5 working days are from the date that the order has been picked up by the courier, not from the time the order was placed. Once the order has left our premises we have no control over the delivery time.

Outside of business hours, during public holidays and weekends we will be unable to ship your order, as courier companies do not operate.

We are unable to deliver to PO BOXES. Please use your physical address details. This includes a company name if you are getting it sent to a work address.

If for any reason we do not have a product in stock you will be contacted as soon as possible to advise you of any delay in delivering the product.

We send our products via New Zealand Post for the majority of our shipping within New Zealand. It will normally take 3 – 5 days depending on the region.

 Please email us at: if you haven’t received your parcel after 5 days or require your tracking information.


No matter where you are in the world, we are able to ship directly to you. Please enquire with us to find out the delivery fees to your country. Note that CLN NZ is not responsible for any customs taxes or duty in your country.


You can request to cancel your order through the Contact Us page within one hour of the order being placed. Any request received after that we will attempt to change but regret in most cases order packing and dispatch will already have taken place.

Returns and Exchanges

Sumner Pharmacy is committed to providing quality products to our customers. We are happy to accept returns if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product you have purchased online, provided the purchase was made within the last 30 days, the product is unopened and in original condition and the product is eligible for return.

You will need to contact Sumner Pharmacy on 03 326 6154 within 30 days of receiving the product.  The product needs to be unopened and in its original packaging. You cannot return products that state they are non-returnable on the website unless it has been damaged during the delivery or the wrong product has been delivered. If you have changed your mind about a product, you may be eligible for an exchange or store credit note. However, the return of your product to us is at your own cost. Please contact us to discuss your options.

If you would like to exchange your item please get in contact with us and we will confirm if the new item is available or not. If you have ordered the wrong product, you may return the product. Contact us on or on 03 326 6154 and we will see what we can do.

Some items on the website will state whether the item is non-returnable, please be aware of these items.
